Christmas Erotica Anthology — Call for Submissions

RISA Publishing is putting together something special for Christmas, and we want you to be part of it!

On December 1, 2026, RISA Publishing will release a free ebook anthology of Christmas-themed erotica, featuring stories from writers across the erotica community.

And we’re officially accepting submissions!

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for fun, sexy, creative erotica with a Christmas or holiday-season theme or setting.

Your story can be sweet, romantic, filthy, funny, kinky, or anywhere in between. Christmas parties, snowy cabins, naughty elves, mistletoe mishaps, holiday hookups—have fun with it.

Stories should be between 1,000 and 7,500 words.

Previously published stories are welcome, provided you currently hold the rights necessary to allow us to include them.

No taboo content. All characters participating in sexual activity must be clearly 18 years of age or older, and all writers submitting work must also be 18 or older.

What Do I Get?

This is a community anthology being released completely free, so there is no payment, advance, or royalties for accepted submissions.

What you do get is another place for readers to discover you and your work.

Each story will include an About the Author section where you can tell readers a little about yourself and provide links to your website, Substack, social media, books, or wherever else you’d like them to find you.

The finished anthology will be published through Draft2Digital and distributed as a free ebook to applicable retailers and distribution partners.

Who Owns My Story?

You do.

Authors retain full copyright and ownership of their individual stories.

By agreeing to participate, you grant RISA Publishing a non-exclusive, ongoing license to include your story in this specific anthology and to use your story’s title, your name or pen name, brief excerpts, and supplied promotional material to advertise and promote the anthology.

You remain free to publish, sell, distribute, or otherwise use your story anywhere else you choose.

RISA Publishing will control the anthology itself, including its title, cover, formatting, story order, retailer metadata, and other compilation-level elements.

Editing

RISA Publishing may perform minor copyediting, proofreading, and formatting to prepare accepted stories for publication.

If we believe a story needs substantive changes, we’ll discuss those changes with the author before publication.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Stories will be selected based on quality, suitability for the anthology, and the overall collection.
